$1 Million Renovation

Pendleton Manor is proud to announce the completion of a $1 Million renovation to our community.  The community has been totally upgraded throughout the entire property under the direction and guidance of the owner David Schonberg, who completed the renovation with the needs of each resident in mind.  The renovation included the addition of brand new flooring, carpet, paint, artwork, furniture as well as the addition of new Life Safety systems.  We are also pleased to announce that our resident apartments, dining room and activities room have been totally renovated and upgraded as well.  Please stop by today to see our beautiful new renovations and see why your loved one will feel at home at Pendleton Manor.

Activities Update

In November, we had our Thanksgiving covered-dish dinner with our families and friends on the 17th.  We hosted a Veterans Day luncheon, a Apple Cider Social and our lunch bunch headed out to the Atlanta Bread Company.  The Alley Cat Line Dancers and the Eastland Bell Ringers were our entertainment for the month.  We also took trip to Haywood Mall to get a head start on Christmas shopping.

In December, we are having our family Christmas party on the 15th with dessert, hot chocolate, music & carolers, and santa!  Our entertainment for the month will include the Junior League Singers, The Hampton Heights Bell Ringers and the Summit Drive Elementary Chorus.  In arts & crafts, we will be making Christmas candy and decorating cookies.  Our local Girl Scout troop is stopping by as well to help decorate our tree.
